By downloading or using the application, these terms will automatically apply to you. We recommend that you read them carefully before using the service.
1. Intellectual Property
All source code, databases, functionality, software, application designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics in the application are the property of dieksov1431 (FenixDevApp). Copying or distribution of the material is not permitted without express authorization.
2. Limitation of Liability
Volumik is a geometric calculation tool. Although we strive for accuracy, the Developer DOES NOT guarantee that the results of areas and volumes are accurate for professional, industrial or construction uses. Use of the results is at the sole risk of the user.
The Developer will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the application.
3. Advertising
The application displays advertising provided by Google AdMob to maintain the free service. By using the app, you agree to the display of such advertising content.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
